Sensations of Lyon and Provence

Join Marc Hervieux, French Canadian Opera Singer & Artist, for a river cruise through France!

Marc Hervieux, French Canadian artist and opera singer, will welcome you on an exclusive French-speaking cruise with Emerald Waterways. Marc will give intimate performances onboard as well as an exclusive grand performance in a church in Avignon.

Since 2009, Marc Hervieux has charmed us with nine albums in pop or classic, including A Napoli and Tenor Arias, both awarded the Felix Album of the Year in the category Classic / Vocal. In the wake of these records, having received great appreciation from the public, Marc traveled to Quebec several times with his musicians to perform.

Over the course of his career, the singer has made his mark on the international scene with prestigious invitations that took him from Saint Petersburg to Paris, via Seoul, Malaga and Taiwan. Marc Hervieux also joined the voices of many local artists, including Gilles Vigneault, Ginette Reno, Paul Daraîche and Éric Lapointe. He then made a splash by starring in the musical Sister Act, presented by the Just for Laughs Festival.

Being a versatile performer, Marc is also active on television and radio. After having contributed to the daily magazine Cap for two consecutive summers, he now transposes his good humor and his musical knowledge into the Virtuoso variety show, hosted by Gregory Charles and presented on Radio-Canada. The radio show can be heard on ICI Musique and Muse, a CBC digital channel devoted entirely to classical music.

We invite you to join Marc and sail the Rhône and the Saône Rivers in France aboard the luxurious Emerald Liberté Star Ship. Familiarize yourself with the local culture and the French countryside, stopping in the lively ports of France, including Lyon, Tournon, Avignon and Marseille. Marc will give intimate performances onboard as well as an exclusive Grande performance in a church in Avignon. This cruise includes all accommodation onboard meals, guided city tours, excursions, gratuities, onboard drinks, as well as transfers – It’s All Included in the price!

Prices from $4,940 CAD per person. Book now and save $750 per person!
